Icebreaker, prayer, discussion, and secretary serving roles are rotated weekly and determined the Shabbat prior. The roles for each week are sent in the discord #roles channel.
For new members, we ask that you attend our meetings consistently for at least two or more months regularly before taking up a serving role. Please observe how our group works and learn from those in the serving roles before asking to take up a role.
For all those taking up a leadership role, please:
Whatever you do, work at it from the soul, as for the Lord and not for people. For you know that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as a reward. It is to the Lord Messiah you are giving service.
Colossians 3:23-24 TLV
He Himself gave some to be emissaries, some as prophets, some as proclaimers of the Good News, and some as shepherds and teachers— to equip the kedoshim for the work of service, for building up the body of Messiah. This will continue until we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of Ben-Elohim—to mature adulthood, to the measure of the stature of Messiah’s fullness.
Ephesians 4:11-13 TLV
Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
Philippians 4:4 NKJV
Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks.
Ephesians 5:4 NKJV
Pray in the Ruach on every occasion, with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, keep alert with perseverance and supplication for all the kedoshim.
Ephesians 6:18 TLV
And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Ephesians 6:17 NKJV
How sweet are Your words to my taste, Sweeter than honey to my mouth! Through Your precepts I get understanding; Therefore I hate every false way. Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.
Psalm 119:103-105 NKJV
I will remember the works of the LORD; Surely I will remember Your wonders of old.
Psalm 77:11 NKJV
Instead, be filled with the Ruach, speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making music in your heart to the Lord— always giving thanks for everything to God the Father, in the name of the Lord Yeshua the Messiah.
Ephesians 5:18b-20 TLV
